Frequently Asked Questions

  • How did you work out how many points I have?

  • It’s based on the key stats from your various social networks.

    For example, a Friend on Facebook = 10 points ; a Mayorship on Foursquare = 8 points, and so on.

    If you just hover over the social network icon wherever you find it, you can see a breakdown of your points.

  • Did you decide on a name for your mascot?

  • Ha ha! Not yet. Our favourite suggestions so far are Montague, Ralph and Larry.

    What’s your favourite?

  • Is there a limit to how many Leaderboards I can join?

  • Nope! Join ‘em ALL!! – if you want.

  • Can I remove the SHOUTS you sent to my Facebook, Twitter & Foursquare?

  • Well, ultimately that's up to you, but if you're joining a Leaderboard with a view to winning a prize, for example, the owner of that Leaderboard will surely be checking your posts so if you've deleted them, they way well decide that you're no longer eligible.

    And don't forget, if you delete a Post or Tweet or Checkin, you won't get any points for it.
